Over the next two years, there will be countless opportunities for you to help shape the vision for the future of your neighborhood! GHA and the City will work with Lake Terrace and Pine Meadows residents, GHA neighbors, community members, public and private agencies, community and philanthropic organizations, and other stakeholders to develop the Plan and find funding to implement it. After that, the next step is to go after funding opportunities to implement the Plan. This will likely include applying for a Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant, which could provide approximately $30 million to $50 million. Construction work would not begin for at least five years.
