ABOUT tHE PLAN

In September 2023 the Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA) and the City of Gainesville were awarded a $500,000 Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This grant will be used to create a plan to redevelop Lake Terrace and Pine Meadows, and revitalize the East University Avenue Neighborhood.
